We turn with inquiry offer for sale and constant delivery of staff outfits (uniforms) for male and female, stationary and via internet, for employee in Passenger Service / Customer Service in our branches in Gdańsk, Kraków, Katowice and main division in Warsaw, subsided by LS Airport Services.

We would like to inform:

• Offer inquiry is not an invitation how it stands in Public order law (Prawo zamówień publicznych (tj. Dz.U. z 2017 r. poz. 1579), in connection with the above we reserve the right to free selection of incoming offers;
• Subject matter process may be terminated at any time until the day of agreement signing without any reason, explanation, without choosing The Contractor, and The Contractor is not entitled to any reimbursement from LS Airport Services S.A.;
• Sharing any kind of own personal data will be treated as consent to the processing by LS Airport Services S.A. for the purpose of processing this proceeding.

Presentation inquiry offer for sale and constant delivery of staff outfits (uniforms) for LS Airport Services in our branches in Gdańsk, Kraków, Katowice and main division in Warsaw.

Staff outfit specification (uniform):

1)  Female costume (jacket + skirt + trousers + blouses)

Type of fabric: increased hardiness for kneading, hydrophobic properties (easy stains removal), elastic increasing everyday use, soft, smooth, resistant to pilling and rubbing.

Fabric composition: elane wool preferred, at least 43% wool, 53% poliester, 4% lycra/spandex

Grammage: min. 190 g/m2

Lining: viscose with around 4% lycra/spandex, colored like outer fabric.

• Jacket with lining

3. Fastened with two buttons (fabric colored),

- Dział Obsługi Pasażerskiej Warszawa, Oddział Cargo Warszawa – around 500 uniforms,

- Dział Obsługi Pasażerskiej Katowice, Oddział Cargo Katowice – around 100 uniforms,

- Dział Obsługi Pasażerskiej Gdańsk – around 60 uniforms,

- Dział Obsługi Pasażerskiej Kraków – around. 70 uniforms.

Answer form should contain information about:

• Single unit price, with category and type:
• Delivery time from the date of order,
• Delivery frequency,
• Delivery cost to each location (what is the logistic minimum),
• Unchanged prices warranty (min. 12 months)
• 12 months warranty for outfits (uniforms) usage (counted from the pickup date by employee)
• Sharing tools for control of ordering and delivery.

Offers without above information will not be considered.

For tenderers, who are interested and can prepare offer for below points, please add additional price list to this inquiry:

• Possibility for company staff to buy uniforms at all locations,
• Possibility to take over and manage or buying company stocks. LSAS will deliver all necessary information about stock numbers.

After verification of offers, delivered by post we will send invitations to second step of proceedings to chosen tenderers. We will demand to deliver:

• Fabric samples for each products with technical specifications and Declaration of Conformity;
• Non-returnable delivery of test clothing;

Term of realization (cooperation start) – according signed agreement.

According to „REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RESPONSE FORM”, and to this document additional declarations must be added (see appendixes). Offers without formal requirement will not be considered.
