The offer must be sent either by e-mail or letter to the Company's address no later than May 16th 2025, until 12:00.

Any additional information regarding offered GSE units, detailed photos or on-site verification shall be arranged with the person designated in each location.

The offer shall include:

• detailed information of the tenderer (name, registered office and address, telephone, legal status),
• in the event that the tender is submitted by a representative original or notary’s certified copy of the power of attorney,
• identification of the purchased subject matter, part number, name, location,
• the offered net price – and the conditions of payment,
• the tenderer’s declaration of familiarization with the technical condition of the equipment,
• the obligation to conclude sales contract within 7 days since the information of winning the tender is received,
• consent to the processing of personal data.

Offers which do not contain the above information will not be considered.

Tenders sent or submitted after deadline will not be considered.

The contract for sale of the auctioned GSE unit will be signed with the tenderers who offered the highest price.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw from the tender all or part of the listed GSE units without giving reasons.
