On October 4 the recruitment procedure for the position of President of the Management Board was settled. The Supervisory Board decided to appoint Mr. Paweł Urbaniak, so far Member of the Management Board for Financial Affairs, who has also performed the duties of President of the Management Board of the Company since May this year.
At the same time, the Board decided to resume the qualification procedure for the position of the Management Board Member for Operations.
