Balancing is supervised by highly qualified personnel with appropriate experience in handling passenger traffic and Cargo for over 40 airlines. The balancing team's tasks include:

1. Planning the distribution of loads on an aircraft, bearing in mind the type, weight and size of shipments, with particular emphasis on atypical (musical instruments, bicycles), special (AVI) and dangerous (RRY) loads
2. Maximizing the efficiency of baggage volume and the commercial cargo capacity of the aircraft
3. Calculating the centre of gravity of the aircraft according to the carrier's recommendations for a given type of aircraft, in accordance with all safety standards and commonly accepted rules
4. Commercial information processing, cruise documents archiving
